The Escuela de Futuros (School of Futures) is a creative and pedagogical experimentation strategy organized by the Bogotá City Department of Culture. It focuses on the collective creation of narratives, stories, and future scenarios in Bogotá, serving as a tool for learning and social dialogue to construct a shared vision of the future.
The concept of a Pluriverse challenges absolute truths and encourages the recognition and appreciation of diversity, ecological and social justice. It promotes a shift from a human-centered perspective toward the care of life in all its forms.
"Entradas por el Futuro (Tickets to the Future)" was a participatory futures initiative that involved community leaders and educators from various city neighborhoods. Through the creation of a collection of diegetic prototypes—the tickets—a broader and more diverse audience was encouraged to participate in a conversation about desirable and undesirable future alternatives.
